As a broker, it is the responsibility of the service to manage effective pickup and storage (we had our items stored for 28 days) followed by delivery. 1) Pickup - The team did a decent job with wrapping, but the service fell short as we clearly communicated our requirements, yet the truck provided was insufficient, having to accommodate some items on the flat door of the vehicle. Thus, a larger truck was necessary for final delivery. 2) Delivery - The crew arrived at 9:00 PM, and I had to use my car lights to illuminate their truck (which was the same size as the pickup vehicle, indicating they must have crammed items in). After they departed at 11:30, we discovered that three boxes and a new power washer were missing, and several pieces of wrapped furniture were damaged—either during storage or loading. Overall, this service was certainly not worth the cost for the pickup, storage, and delivery.
