I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. They fail to inform you about hidden fees and do not adhere to the agreed pick-up dates. The representatives even challenge you with comments like, "What will you do without us?" and claim, "We are the best; if we can't assist you, no one can!" Additionally, they pressure their movers to obtain positive reviews from customers. Do not trust their estimates; they are misleading. If I could, I would rate them even lower than one star!
