Was pleasantly surprised at how outstanding my experience was! We had a friend who passed away and had to have his belongings shipped from Arizona to Vegas. Got multiple quotes that were very high (including this one originally) but when they called to follow up and I explained the situation, they bent over backwards to find a rate that worked for us (by item instead of in bulk). There was one point when they were double checking inventory when they said the price would go up, but I reminded them that they had given the same price before they had removed some items and the space would be the same…and they didn’t fight it. They were actually very kind. The communication was great throughout, and we got assigned to Rushmore Van Lines. Those guys were amazing. Kind, clean, careful in packing and making sure everything that needed to get picked up was. The way they packed the truck was so careful and professional. They kept in communication with us and the delivery was much earlier in the window than we anticipated. Once again, they were awesome at drop off, being very careful, clean, and respectful. They were very professional in unloading everything and so efficient. I was worried when I realized this was a broker, but I honestly had a great experience. I’m so grateful we were able to get our dear friend’s stuff. They made what was a difficult time a little bit easier.
