I was not sure.why a broker was involved in finding a great moving company,but when they packed my belongings,the packed all the medication I take daily. It was a mistake by the movers. I tried calling the mover and left a message. Safe Ship got involved asap and got through the movers and said they would open all the boxes,find meds and ship to me at my final destination! I'm impressed because all was handled with professional speed and curtissy. I would use them all again if I ever move again
