I was pleased with the level of service I received during my move. It was clear and concise. I really appreciated the quality check a few days before the move. It did cost more than the original estimate but I understood it was an issue of number of items and the space they required. When the truck couldn't negotiate my neighborhood streets they quickly went and rented a smaller truck. Just a short delay. The movers were polite and well trained.
