The pick up went well, but the delivery was a nightmare. The driver showed up 6 hours late and didn't assemble the furniture. Worse yet, one chest of drawers had a leg broken off in the move. When contacted by safe ship to find out how my experience went, and after I explained what went wrong, I was told that I was definitely going to get some money back and a phone call the next day. Two days later, crickets. Safe Ship gave my job to a company called Premier Movers. Don't use either company.
