My ordeal with this company has been anything but pleasurable or stress free. They call you at all hours of the day, for random stuff that they could have completed in a single phone call. I finally had to tell them to stop calling me except to get my final inventory. They call me to schedule the final inventory, mind you they called me 3 times in 15 minutes in the middle of the day while I'm at work. They then send me a text message which I reply to and schedule the call time. Talking on the call to confirm final inventory, they tell me they won't take a TV off of a wall mount, not take the mount off of the wall, which the original sales person told me they would take care of everything and for my wife an I to not lift a finger. The "quality" person on the phone kept repeating the same thing over and over again, so I told her to escalate me to someone who can have a conversation instead of just repeating the same thing over and over. This person's name is Elizabeth. I get transferred to someone else, which after a discussion, he let me go for the night, but the next day told me the movers said they would take the tv off of the wall for me, and that someone would call me that night at 5PM to finalize my inventory for the move. 5PM comes and goes, 6 comes and goes, so I finally call them at 6:30. They tell me that they are switching me to a different person and would notate to call me after 6PM the next day. The next day, I get a call again at 9:30AM when I was at work, and it was followed up with a text message. I advised they should have had notes to call me at 6PM and I expect them to call me at 6PM. I receive a response of they will call at 7:30PM. 7:30 comes and goes, so I call them at 7:45PM which I'm told their internal note says they'd call me at 8:30PM. I explain to the person, Francis, that I have a text message specifically saying I'd be called at 7:30PM which is a very inconvenient time, but I said whatever just to get this over with. Francis makes excuses and tells me that someone will call me within an hour. I let him know that is crap that he is expecting me to wait around for someone to call me all night long, and that late at night considering that people do work during the day, and I had to get up to go to work the next morning.

After posting my review, I was finally contacted at 9:18PM and got my final inventory sorted. I am going to be demanding this company completely waive the brokerage fee for this as this experience has created more stress above and beyond when if anything it should have helped releive stress. I better be receiving a call at 5:15 tonight as promised and from someone who can actually make decisions regarding money or I will be calling them again.

Throughout this whole ordeal, I have on multiple occasions asked them to just give me my money back and we'd go our separate ways as I have absolutely no faith they are going to fulfill their obligation. They tell me I'm passed the period to be eligible for a refund. I argue but you guys keep messing up, making this difficult, making promises that aren't kept, etc. They still refuse to simply refund my money and let me work something else out. They claim they are owned and operated by Veterans, which I can't at this point believe this for a minute as there is no way a Veteran would allow this type of service and experience to happen without action.

Reply in public so the rest of the people viewing can see your lack of care or support. Again, at this point, just waive your broker fee and you eat that cost and we move on. You aren't going to do that though and you wont say that publicly.
