Customer support is quick and responsive. I had left the charging up of the SafeTags for a trip to Central America to just 2 days before the trip, and discovered they weren't connecting to the tracking page at all. After going through the various checks recommended by the FAQ's and then customer support, it was explained to me that they were obsolete after phone company 02 had cut 2G from their network. With less than 24 hours to go, SafeTag sent me new 4G models in time for me to charge them and get them ready. They were always quick to respond, so whilst I would have preferred a customer service contact number, their support is very, very good without that. Am disappointed the 2 year-old tags had become obsolete. Also I think the instructions on how to remove the sim cards (to reboot the old devices) could have been simpler - they were just 'push in and pop out' types. Tweezers not necessary, and prone to damaging the cards as the contacts are at the front.
