After doing a lot of research about the P-shot treatment; I was persuaded that it provides a very useful treatment for the penis in men and the vagina in women, as well as an important care and improvement for my sexual life. Then I researched the places that do p-shots, but I preferred Doctor Tuncay because I thought it was safer to do with a doctor whose specialty was urology. We were planning to do it 6 times, once a month, we did two p-shots and I observed significant positive changes in the penis. I noticed that the skin was renewed, the firmness and the duration of firmness also increased. During this treatment, I bought and used the pump that Doctor Tuncay recommended to help the penis grow and thicken in its potential. This pump was of great help, but at first, I was hasty and used a little more aggressively than Doctor Tuncay described and I bruised the penis a little. With the combination of P-shot and pump, I achieved an elongation and thickening of 1.5 cm. We have now started a 6-session p-shot treatment after the pandemic and I had the first one done. By completing this treatment, I think that based on my past experiences and readings about the p-shot, my penis will be rejuvenated, the erection time will increase, and the level of penetration and orgasm pleasure will increase. I would like to point out that the p-shot increases my confidence that my genitals are healthy, strong and in working condition. So after completing this treatment I think that I will have it done again in order to maintain the continuity of this condition even in the coming years, because it is from my own blood and the side effects are almost non-existent and the benefits are perhaps not counted. I haven't heard of any other alternative yet. Secondly, I think that those who want to use a pump should strictly follow the doctor's advice and apply it patiently and definitely in combination with p-shot. Because during the two-year period that I took a break from the p-shot treatment, I continued to use the pump for a while; The pump alone does not give long-lasting results. As a final footnote, I strongly recommend the kegel exercise to those who are looking for better sexual health and useful treatment in this direction, like me.
