My first experience of using Safevans, was extremely positive and very good. The people arrived right on time, even 10/15 mins early. The first thing that impressed me was how friendly the removal workers were. The fact that they were happy to do what I asked of them & extra too. Everything was taken away and with careful caution, as there were some glass and crockery items that could easily have broken if they weren't handled with care. The items removed from previous rented home, arrived at my flat all in one piece. To get into my flat you need to climb a high black steep flight of stairs. I asked the workers to carry up the heavy items for me & I would do the rest. One of them, called Damon, insisted that Everything would be carried up the stairs to my front door. This was so good as I'd previously had a Hernia Operation & was encouraged by the hospital, not to carry heavy items. They also took away a number of black bags, full of items I wanted to dispose of. I felt that cost of all the removal work carried out and disposal of unwanted items, was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this Company (Safevans). I found them very friendly, professional and effective. I would not hesitate to Hire them again to do other removal work for me. alan stacey mbe
