I wouldn't even give it one star. 3 men come and were very rude, they charged £250 to move a 2 seater sofa up one floor, then extra £200 to remove some boxes. Because the lady was elderly they charged a very high price, and while we were helping go though the boxes they corner the lady and made her pay very quickly before anyone could question the amount. And the job took 20mins.
