Seb holds his team to high standards and because of this I have hired him twice (for myself and a close friend who I help). If and when I move again, he will 100% be who I call. They are always friendly and helpful, even when you are a stressed out mess still frantically and deleriously packing the last boxes and suffering with physical and mental exhaustion when they arrive! Honestly - I must have looked like a mad woman and the first thing he said to me was that he was here now so I don't need to worry anymore. That was 2.5 yrs ago and I still remember how much it put me at ease to have someone who understood moving is stressful and you may need slightlymore thanjust physical support that day. The guys are all very hardworking, and I had moved on the hottest day of the year, but they never stopped! If your job goes longer - as mine ended up being a whole day due to the sheer volume of stuff - he will make arrangements and not leave you. Of course, this means that they may run slightly behind before coming to you or arrive at the end of the time window given because they will have been helping someone else whose job went long, or been reassigned fr. I om another job to cover. I think on moving day you cannot plan precise times if you expect help when your job goes over and if you have not booked the full day.I cannot recommend Seb and his teams highly enough - they are up for any challenge thrown their way on moving day! You can count on them to go above and beyond when duty calls.
