They constant emailed asking for me to review and update, but I couldn't see clearly what specifically needed reviewing. It appeared everything had been completed to me. I never received a confirmation that my will was 'official'. I then started to get weekly emails asking for an annual renewal fee which I was not told about when I took out the will. I thought it was a one and done payment. Yes it's cheap, but I'd rather go somewhere where I can deal with real people and know everything is legitimate.
