I think this is a great option for a VERY easy or very simple Will, as i have previously done a Will before I found there were a few issues and a little reversed in order, in the sense that a gift should be allocated 1st then the residue of your estate given to your beneficiaries. If you choose to give 100% estate to your spouse for example, how can you then give a gift to anyone else.... 100% is everything, so then also having an option for leaving a specific gift or cash amount to someone other than your beneficiary after determining your leaving 100% to your spouse is a little confusing!Or is the percentage at the beginning when choosing a % amount for your beneficiary meant to be the residue .... as in that's the % they will receive after the gift items/amounts are given out? And if that's the case, it should be at the end of your process not the beginning... if it isn't, there should be a residual clause in every Will and that needs to be added.I will definitely be coming back to see how you tweak what is there already and will absolutely use it once it flows correctly and isn't as confusing because I believe it is an innovative idea and at the price your asking, a great way to get every Australian to write a Will and not die intestate.
