Their site says 3 day turnaround. I have been waiting 10 days and have not heard anything.

Still waiting for my will

After paying, the first will turnaround was fairly fast, but its very basic and you quickly realise a lot of things aren't captured properly if you have ever done a proper will before. So you make your edits and resubmit, and altho they say it's a 1-3day turnaround, I still haven't heard anything back after a week this time round. Meanwhile you get lots of spam ads to do other things with them.

Unrivalled customer care

The Safewill team are phenomenal. They give the best customer service I've ever had anywhere. They replied promptly to my email enquiry, have been friendly and super helpful on the 2 occasions I've called them. When I had put notes for sharing a gift I had listed they immediately let me know that would now come under the discretion of the executor as the notes attached to the gift wasn't binding, which educated me further. My Will is staying with them.

Like Online Banking - for WILLS!

I've been putting off writing a will for AGES, have called lawyers but always balked at the price. I can't believe I've just written it in under 1 hour. DONE! Very friendly advice, no waiting time, no extra $$ to ask questions. I rushed it so its not perfect & I can just change it anytime, so I'm much relieved.
