I contacted customer service to clarify the situation, and I was very impressed with how professionally it was handled.Christopher David responded promptly, provided clear explanations, and took my concern seriously. After reviewing the photos I shared, they advised me not to consume the affected pack and immediately issued a £14 gift card as a goodwill gesture. The communication throughout was polite, transparent, and reassuring.While issues can occasionally happen during delivery, what really matters is how a company resolves them — and in this case, Saffron Alley demonstrated excellent customer service and accountability.Thank you again to Christopher for the support.
