Communication and delivery were excellent, everything arrived on time and was very well packed. I was pleased to receive the beef brisket point, but I had requested it to be as fatty as possible for slow BBQ smoking. Unfortunately, most of the fat had been trimmed off, which was a little disappointing. I hope this feedback is helpful for future orders, as otherwise the service was very good.
