Travel Disruption and Frustrating Claims Process

Unable to travel due to a fall while boarding the plane. Trying to reach the support team for a claim form is nearly impossible. It took two days, and when I finally spoke to someone, I was told the line had gone quiet. The first representative disconnected the call, but I persisted and managed to get the form from the second person. Now, I'm just waiting for the doctor to return the unfit to fly form so I can submit it. This experience has been unsatisfactory.
