This is a review of the great customer service via Facebook Messenger, thank you Jayne!For some reason I could not sign up via web. I messaged their Facebook Messenger page at 10PM and received a response within 2 minutes! Thank you very much to Jayne who helped resolve the issue at Sainsbury's end within 10 minutes. I was able to proceed with signing up that evening. Fantastic experience so far!
