I bought a CNC machine that arrived quickly and was well-packaged. The product appears to be of high quality. However, after setup and software installation, the controller failed to work at all. It powered on but wasn’t recognized by my computer. All computer ports functioned properly with other devices. I contacted the company via email for assistance (there was no phone number available). They provided some troubleshooting suggestions, but none were successful. After verifying my information, I lost contact with them. I have sent multiple requests for a call back with no response. It shouldn't take this long for someone to assist a customer facing difficulties. I was excited to start using my new CNC, and all I wanted was some support. Although many reviews about this company are positive—one reason I chose them—they have fallen short this time regarding customer support. I hope to receive help soon and will update this review accordingly. However, I want to caution others! Update: The company has reached out and assured me they will replace the defective part. Their customer support was a major factor in my decision to buy from them. I feel reassured by their commitment to rectify the situation. Thank you for restoring my confidence in the company; I look forward to a lasting relationship and future purchases.
