I purchased a 3018 Prover in mid-2020 and didn’t around to using the included laser module until December of that year. When I tried to use it, it didn’t work properly and the SainSmart team sent me some instructions and photos to help resolve the problem. However, due to COVID and a move, I didn’t get a chance to work with it again until this month. The old bites from the SainSmart team didn’t solve the problem, but they were there to help again two years later. They even went so far as to send me a new laser unit. You can’t ask for better support than that!! These guys went above and beyond to help me get my machine up and running. Thanks a million!!! You’re the best!!!!
