I ordered two sets, and this has been nothing but a frustrating and deceptive experience. The listing clearly says the products are returnable/exchangeable, but then very conveniently the T&Cs are updated with hidden, size-specific return conditions. This is absolutely ridiculous. It feels deliberately misleading, like customers are being made fools of.On top of that, my order wasn’t even dispatched until I personally followed up with the brand. Completely unprofessional.
I’m not letting this go. I will keep posting and raising this issue until I get proper justice for my purchase. This kind of shady practice shouldn’t be ignored.
