I'm genuinely shocked by the low quality of customer service and the app itself. There are definitely better alternatives out there. I subscribed a few months ago, and now I'm facing issues trying to renew my subscription. Every attempt is met with an error message, and I've reached out multiple times with minimal response. Even trying to buy a new subscription has been impossible. Once you get into the app, the experience only worsens. If anyone from the admin team is reading this, please reach out.
