I joined Salams to use the friend feature, but found myself not being able to spend time replying to messages or making any plans so tried to delete my profiles. That's when the app goes funny and it won't let me go onto settings. I have tried contacting Salams multiple times over the last few months to have them delete my profile but get NO RESPONSE. It's frustrating to think my profile is up there despite me not having the app anymore. I can only imagine if you try using it to date / find marriage and this happens. In short, customer service is non-existent - I would not risk using this app.
