I have not received any replies to my emails, phone calls, or messages regarding returns. The product is made overseas, and I realized this when I noticed my health declining after taking collagen daily. I previously used a different brand that worked exceptionally well. I chose this service because of the lower price, but had I known the quality would be so poor, I wouldn't have made the purchase. It's hard to believe they market a so-called 'halal' product while lacking any business ethics.
