I was approved and that process was easy, however I’ve been trying to get in touch with anyone in customer service, chat is offline during business hours, the phone number says no agents available to leave a message, I’ve emailed 3 company email addresses, all done during business hours and still have not heard from anyone 3 days later still waiting.
