Follow up from my previous review.
Finally got in touch with Salary Finance and yet again was promised someone would get back to me with a brand new statement showing all my payments that I have made as they originally said I had 6 missed payments even though they are automatically taken from my payslip which they have proof of.
Absolute joke!
They make an serious error which can impact my credit and are quick to accuse but yet when it comes to fixing that error they seem to just ignore you.
I have just read your reply and you and my husband had a conversation on the phone on Tuesday,he provided everything including all evidence of payslip,you confirmed everything was correct and that you will get back to him before end of the day with a new statement, you did NOT ask for anymore information and everything you did ask for was provided.
