I honestly don’t think I’ll order a large item from here again. The coffee table I received had a damaged corner, and the delivery driver rushed off before I could inspect it. The packaging was too weak for such a heavy item. The return process was also frustrating, requiring numerous photos to prove the damage, and it took three days to get a return label. It felt like they were making it difficult on purpose. An apology and a quick return label would have made a big difference.
