They claim to offer 24-hour support, but the chat feature shows offline hours. All reviewed items seem to be rated above 4.5 because only positive reviews are posted. Additionally, despite advertising as a U.S.-based company with 14-day shipping, my order took a month from China. Had I known, I wouldn't have ordered.
