My experience with the service has been quite disappointing overall. During my initial call with a representative, I felt that certain expectations were set that did not align with what the service actually provided once I signed up. From my perspective, some crucial details were communicated in a manner that led to misunderstandings about what the platform could realistically achieve. A significant issue for us is that the service does not appear to be well suited for the Dutch language. In practice, this resulted in noticeable quality and accuracy problems that made it challenging to use for our requirements. To make matters worse, after determining that the service wasn’t a good fit, we requested a refund — and as of now, we are still waiting for it to be processed. This has added frustration to an already unsatisfactory experience. Based on my personal experience, I wouldn’t recommend this service, especially for Dutch-language use or for anyone expecting a smooth and transparent onboarding process.
