Do NOT trust this company

First: they offer little support if any - just from the get go, their sales approach offers so little information about the entire process - it’s so frustrating. I signed with this guy “Billy” who assured me I would get tons of support - which a month later still is not forthcoming —Second: with the critical factor involves the 10DL thing, you can’t have an EIN that includes certain words. Mine has Marketing - a no go. IF this guy was honest—- he would have asked if I already had an EIN and what was the company name attached - of course had he done so, I would have “ delayed “ signing ($1,000) - until I had a qualified EIN - leaving it out allowed him to get paid his commission so of course he left that out!Third: I am now left “ fighting” the irs to provide me a confirmation letter, since, once I got to the IRs site - applied and got a new EIN - one that would qualify, the button on their site saying “ download your confirmation” didn’t work! I tried several times. Zero. When I got to SG - support (I use t hat in the loosest sense) they told me I would have to call the IRS and ask for the EIN to be faxed to them or mailed. In other words - not their problem. Fourth: they have this ‘no refund’ POLICY -! JUST saw that. What is it with so called legit companies anymore - who have “NO REFUND” policies even if they don’t. Deliver? - we should all have businesses with built in “ not our problem “ clauses - How do you trust a company like this! - I consider such policies, and c o pansies that hide behind them as Internet Theft - Everyone plays nice in the beginning. More useless promises about them being ready to support you. They are just thieves - I wrote today asking for that refund! Of course I believe that they will hide behind their policy!!!! - do not trust these people. This company falls into the ever growing category of fraudulent, pretense of offering a great deal on services they don’t actually offer. Common today on all internet companies - where does this end? Where is the required support for unsuspecting customers, who fail to find the “lie” in their offers - like NO Refund policies even if you don’t receive what they promised -
