I have had medial osteoarthritis in my right knee for about three years. I have tried all sorts of pain relief creams, sleeves etc but nothing really helped. Since I purchased the Salford insoles my knee pain has reduced significantly. Definitely worth a try for anyone who has similar pain issues. Highly recommend.
