I was let down by the overall service and experience. I ordered a manicure station that promised 2-3 day delivery. After receiving confirmation that my order was dispatched, I heard nothing. After a few days, I followed up and was told it was with the courier, who would reach out, but that never occurred, leaving me in the dark. I had to follow up multiple times, and even on the scheduled delivery day, I waited all morning with no arrival. I eventually contacted the courier directly, who informed me that the items would arrive later that day; they came at 3:20 instead of the promised morning slot. Although the company refunded the shipping costs, the courier is part of their service, and the overall experience did not meet my expectations. It was a frustrating process that could have been managed much better.
