I am amazed at how well my carpets look after being cleaned. They appear brand new, the color has returned, and the pile has been lifted, making them look and feel fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised by the minimal dampness left in the carpets. The young men who did the work were extremely polite and courteous, making them a pleasure to have in the house.
