I have never been a customer of this company, yet I was charged after being on their email list for a year. They billed me for a course that they claim is non-refundable, and I haven't engaged with this company in over a year! I don't intend to use the course since I have since moved in a different direction and have no idea how they obtained my payment information. If this is a mistake and I receive a full refund, I will either delete this review or amend it. I don’t even have an account with them! It’s baffling how they charged me a year later for a $240 course at 3 AM while I was asleep. I'm currently awaiting a reply to my email and plan to call today to resolve this and understand how they managed to charge my account without my consent. I was charged just hours ago and have not accessed any of their services, so I expect a full refund.
