I was not a customer of this company and was charged after being on their email list for a year. They billed me for a course that is claimed to be non-refundable, despite not having interacted with them in over a year! I have no intention of using the course, as I took a different path a year ago, and I’m baffled as to how they obtained my payment details. If this is a mistake and I receive a full refund, I will reconsider this review. I don’t even have an account with the company! It's shocking to me that they could charge me a year later for a $240 course at 3 AM while I was asleep. I am currently awaiting their response and will be calling today to clarify how they managed to charge my account after such a long time, especially since I never utilized their services. The charge occurred mere hours ago, and I have not accessed any of their platforms, so I expect a full refund.
