First of all, the sizing was way off. I ordered a medium, which is already a size up for me, and the top was practically falling off my chest. So, I had to get a larger size. I emailed customer service to start an exchange. They have the worst customer service ever. I can’t even explain. They don’t answer for 7 days. Then, they offer an exchange by giving you a “proposal”: you keep the old one and they send you an invoice so you can buy the other size one and only pay for shipping. I’ve literally been waiting on this invoice for over a week and a half but they don’t respond and keep telling you to “wait for the update”. It’s ridiculous, don’t order from here. The bathing suit you get won’t fit and when you try to return it or exchange it, they stall you out of your money. I am so angry and will be contesting the charge. I would sue them if I could.
