Had an order for delivery, realised there were 2 items missing after driver had left! Called them but no one could deliver missing items for over 20mins so I said they could just refund me for those items, 4 days and several calls later I’m still waiting for a refund........Don’t use Sam’s chicken Watford! Poor service and rude to customers
