I made an order online (samschicken.co.uk) and I paid it with paypal. 1 hour later I called the store (351 Ballards lane, North finchley, London, N128LJ) and a girl told me “the computer is not working and I have to cancel the payment”, after she just take down the phone. now I have to write emails/messages for the paypal and the company as well - if I want back my money!!!this is the first!!!thisis the most terrible customer service!!!
