I had a very disappointing experience with a Samsung refrigerator that failed far sooner than expected.
While Samsung eventually approved a refund, the process took over five months and required constant follow-up. I had to repeatedly provide the same documentation and deal with poor internal coordination between departments.
During this time, we were essentially living in “camping mode” at home, trying to manage daily life without a working refrigerator — something that should never happen with an essential appliance.
Even after the refund was approved, the payment process was delayed and included technical issues that required further escalation.
Although the issue was eventually resolved, the overall experience showed a lack of efficiency and respect for the customer’s time.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing major appliances from Samsung.
