It's the closest thing to snake oil I've ever had to deal with. "It'll heal anything and make you young again!"One would think getting a protection plan directly from the manufacturer would be the best to go with. Instead I've spent hours, literally hours just trying to reach a live representative. I would even be ok with an AI chat bot helping. I tried! All that happened was error after error. Each time as call got the first ring in, it dropped!Absolutely horrible. I'm pursuing a full refund and will be filing a dispute with my bank if it isn't processed.
