I bought the 19' with dual joystick. The product was defective. When I plugged in, the screen and the power LED just flicks on and off ... We'll see if they come back to me ... if they do, will edit this review.Since the initial review, after a few emails to try different options, they sent me a new machine that works perfectly fine.
