I emailed them and they did answer the following day and was able to put it through. Interesting, my order was for dynavap accessories, the representative who emailed back stated that the site funnels dynavap orders over to dynavap directly. See what happens.Updated review from 2 to 4. Dynavap threw in a BB3 for the delay. Pretty cool. (FYI to shipping, BB3 barely arrived in packaging because the the little doob tubes you're using are opening up. The little one for the cap was ok, but the bb3 tube was undone and the glass was halfway out.)
