Nice perfumes but abysmal customer service. I ordered a sampler from them and then a full sized product. After a few of the sampler pumps stopped working I requested replacements. It took videos and MULTIPLE emails to get them replaced. When the replacement arrived one of the samples was smashed. I let them know that I fully intended to buy another full sized perfume but asked to please try 2 additional sample scents to mitigate how difficult this whole process has been they refused. I tried to escalate the issue in a couple more emails but never got a follow up or response.I doubt the authenticity of their claim to be so socially conscious and 'aware' in light of their disinterested level of customer service.
