this company is super irresponsible

Jan 15: I made an order, the item was in stock, and everything seemed normal. Jan 16: My credit card was charged and the transaction was completed. Jan 18-21: I sent several emails and asked when my order would be shipped, but received no reply.Jan 21: received a reply from Instagram after leaving a negative reply to their post (they deleted replies that they didn't like, even the polite ones). The agent said I needed to wait till the end of Jan since that item was out of stock. Feb 1: I sent another email since I didn't receive any update about my order. the agent replies I still need to wait for 2 more weeks. But at the same time, I found out they are selling a bundle set that includes the same item I bought. please consider again and again if you want to buy from their official website.
