I found this website accidently so decided to order a discovery set. None of the samples smelled unique or good enough to purchase. The price of each perfume is inconsistent with the scent profile. It’s too expensive. Customer service refused a return because I opened the box. How else was I supposed to know what it smelled like without spraying it? Anyways, the voucher I was meant to receive towards a full bottle also didn’t come. The only positive about this experience is the delivery service. Everything else is bad. They don’t even have free returns. I have ordered from another fragrance company (Essence Vault) before and the service is much better from beginning to end. I had also found that company via Google. I would not be ordering from this company again and I regret ever purchasing from them.
