Bought a shower mixer part for our booking.com apartment, arrived outside the showroom at 8.30am they don't open till 9 but sorted things out immediately and on my way unfortunately if the wrong part my fault but no issue here and sorted with hopefully the correct part without any fuss and on my way to fit the part so our customer can enjoy a working shower , this level of customer support is invaluable to busy consumer turn round business where we have a small maintenance window of 5 hours between bookings !
