Sanctuary housing are no different to a dodgy landlord. They are inefficient on getting things done on the first time. The complaints process is nauseating. Phoning to discuss about a complaint or an outstanding work is like pulling teeth out. You can sit on the phone for nearly 3 hours only to be told someone will call you back. This never happens. You always speak to a different person who does not know what’s going on. Surveyors reports get lost. And all the years I have dealt with them I have never been satisfied with anything they have completed.
