Unfortunately, his experience fell well below professional standards for the following reasons:First Interview: Cancelled at very short notice. My son had already missed an A-level revision session to attend, demonstrating his commitment to the opportunity. The lack of consideration for a student candidate's time was concerning.Second Interview: Conducted by phone with me nearby! The interviewer appeared to simply read questions from a script with no follow-up, probing, or genuine engagement with responses. There was no attempt to explore my son's answers in depth or create meaningful dialogue. This felt like a box-ticking exercise rather than a genuine assessment of potential.
