I submitted a claim more than 10 days ago and have not received any updates. I have only received standard automated emails with no relevant information.The phone number for my country provided in those emails is not operational; it plays a voice message stating that contact can only be made online.I am very disappointed with both the product and the lack of customer service. This situation reflects a very low level of professionalism.
